Golden Hour is our sugarcane decaf from Belén de Umbría in Colombia's renowned Risaralda coffee-growing region, where the Samaria farm — in the same family for four generations — anchors a lot of carefully selected Caturra from regional producers at 1,500–1,800 metres. After harvest, the cherries undergo a traditional washed process with a 12-hour fermentation before being carefully patio-dried. The coffee is then transported to Descafecol in Tolima and naturally decaffeinated using the renowned sugarcane (EA) process — gently removing caffeine while preserving the coffee's sweetness, structure and clarity.Golden Hour delivers everything we look for in a comforting espresso: notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar and honeycomb, supported by a smooth body, gentle sweetness and a clean, malt-biscuit finish. An espresso that doesn't ask you to compromise — whether it's your first cup of the morning or your last of the evening.
