Citrus Bloom comes from the Githembe Coffee Factory in Kiambu County, around 47 kilometres northwest of Nairobi, where the Thirika Farmers Co-operative Society grows coffee at roughly 1,800 metres on rich red volcanic soils under Grevillea shade trees.Following harvest, cherries are meticulously hand-sorted and slowly sun-dried on raised tables — a careful AB-grade preparation that preserves the bold, classic character of Kenyan coffee.Bright, vibrant and beautifully aromatic: sweet orange and juicy mandarin up front, a lively hit of yuzu bringing fresh citrus clarity, and delicate jasmine florals carrying through a clean, elegant finish.
